Looking for what wheels fit your car?

This is a beginners guide to wheel fitment. This is not a hardcore guide to every single car on the planet but a very basic guide for if you’re looking to purchase a new set of wheels for your car. If you have any questions at all on more specific fitments please leave a comment on the blog and we will be able to help with any information required.

Rim Size:

1) It is very uncommon to fit smaller wheels than OEM to your car however is possible and sometimes done in the stance scene.
2) Often you take the factory fitment size and you can add around 1, 2 or 3 inches.
3) Bigger you go, thinner the tyre profile and firmer the ride, the ride will be even more firm if you choose to go for a stretched tyre look.
4) When you go extra large (say 3+ inches over original), your handling will start to be compromised greatly.
5) Rim width is for people who understand what they want. Basic setup is 15×6.5 17×7 18×8, can go wider, not skinnier. If you want to increase the wheel width for a stanced car you usually add 2/3 inches in rim width from OEM. For example on a Honda Civic instead of using 14×5.5″ wheels you would use 15×8.

PCD:

(number of studs and how far they are apart from each other in mm, ie. 4 studs / 98mm apart. This is shown as 4×98)
Easy!

ET:

(also referred to as ‘OFFSET’. Some fitments below don’t list it. No ET listed means most wheels will fit with a common offset) This makes sure your wheels fit flush with the arches or poke slightly for a stanced look if wanted and not too far in like a Lexus RX (this needs SPACERS guys!!!) Your car uses a unique offset, but it can be changed to suit your style in relation to the body line of the vehicle,

1) Realistically you can go 5-7mm outside these recommendations in direct replacements. You can go much wider with arch work too.
2) Always consult a technician if you are unsure, as there are often other factors that need to be considered.

Most importantly, have fun. Your about to make your car look 100x better.

Disclaimer. This information is accurate to our knowledge but don’t go and buy any wheels until you have double checked with another source too. POTN double check all orders and gurantee fitment, so it’s cool to order from us
